This accessibility statement applies to the following mobile application:

IKE sharing (IOS)
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ik%C3%A9/id1575182495

Compliance Status

This mobile application is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible Content

The following content is not currently accessible for the reasons outlined:

a) Non-compliance with the Equality Act 2010

  • Missing Accessibility Labels

Several graphical and textual elements, while visible on screen, are not properly exposed to assistive technologies (TalkBack, screen reader) due to the absence of descriptive labels (contentDescription). Examples include: titles and texts such as “SMART”, “TARGA”, “Vehicle”, “Booking”, “Km Travelled”, “Consumption”, “Notifications”, “Active Bookings”, “Fuel Level”, and many others across various sections of the app.

  • Insufficient Touch Target Size

Some interactive elements do not meet the recommended minimum size of 48x48 dp, making interaction difficult for users with motor or visual impairments. Smaller dimensions (e.g., 40x40 dp) have been detected in several buttons and clickable areas.

  • Insufficient Colour Contrast

Certain text and icon elements do not meet WCAG contrast standards, making them difficult to read for users with low vision. Examples include white text on grey or light backgrounds and graphic indicators with low contrast.

  • Lack of Text Alternatives for Informative Elements

Some decorative or informative icons and images do not include textual alternatives that describe their purpose and meaning.

Ongoing Corrective Measures

The company has initiated a progressive adjustment and fixing plan which includes:

  • Systematic introduction of contentDescription labels for all non-exposed elements;
  • Resizing of interactive touch targets in accordance with minimum accessibility specifications;
  • Revision of colour contrasts for textual and graphical components;
  • Integration of text alternatives for informative icons and images.
